Wagamama was always a favourite for me, and when I had to stop eating wheat and gluten I thought that was the end of delicious meals out there, but no… they have an entire allergy friendly book that they can bring over and allow you to look through.
I now enjoy the crispy squid, the endamame beans and Itame (chicken or Yasai) when I visit or, if something else takes my fancy, I’ll choose that, but to be fair, this restaurant is one of the ones where when you love one dish, you really can’t tear yourself away from it! I know friends who walk all the way up to the door saying “I’m going to try something different, I can’t have the Katzu Curry again” and then the minute the menu is opened, they instantly choose it! I love Wagamama for this as it creates a really relaxed environment and everyone knows what they want and what they like so everything is really chilled out. This is one of the only restaurants I will always go back to the same dish, and it isn’t because I don’t like the others (I do, I’ve tried them when I made myself!!) but I just love the simplicity and how easy it is to be there!
Try the fruit juices too – amazing! And a cup of green tea is always great for pre-ordering decision making!
Overall, this restaurant is amazing – and i’ve been to a lot of them up and down the country! Definitly worth a visit!
