As I’m planning lessons and getting ideas for Rainbows (I’m a Rainbows leader), I’ve decided to dedicate some of my free time to making things! I have lots of books and cut-outs from magazines of things I’ve always wanted to make. Not to mention things that I see in a shop or online and I think… I could make that! So, here’s where the making things starts.

I really want to start knitting, so would love any tips on that. Here you’ll be able to find some activities and, as I do projects, I’ll blog about them. A lot of the projects will be more adult-based, so will require help if you want to get the little-ies involved, however, some stuff will be great activities for children. I’ll try and notify you of which projects are which.

And, if you have something you think I should have a go at, please let me know! I’m always looking at new ways of making things and being creative so watch this space…
